Ingredients:

 

Carrots – 4

Coconut (grated) – 1 cup

Sugar – 2 tsp.

Ginger – small piece

Water – 2 glasses

Prepare Carrot Coconut Juice:

 

  • Clean the outer layer of the carrot with water and peel gently. You can just rub the outer layer with sharp knife.
  • Add Coconut, carrots, ginger and sugar to the mixer and make smooth paste.

 

Tip: Sugar is optional, if you are not a diabetic patient adding sugar enhances its flavour.

 

  • Add water to dilute the concentration.
  • Carrot Coconut Juice is ready, serve chilled by adding ice cubes or refrigerate.
