Grilled Mushrooms – Coal roasted mushrooms

Grilled Mushrooms Grilled Mushrooms or Coal roasted mushrooms are juicier and tasty vegetable recipe.

It is not that simple to cook mushrooms on charcoal as we all know that they have water more than meat. It is more important to keep moisture locked in it so that you get the juicy and yummy recipe.

In order to lock moisture, I have added olive oil during marination. Also, I tried to brush with olive oil. If you want you can dip in marinate gravy.

In order to add flavour, I have added garlic, thyme, basil and honey. There are different ways of cooking, if you have knowledge of proper cooking on charcoal then you can try my method or else you can wrap with aluminium foil before coal roasted mushroom.
