Ingredients

  • Radish - 2 pieces
  • Onions - 2 no.
  • Green chilies - 3 no.
  • Tamarind - big lemon sized.
  • Curry leaves and Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp.
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp.
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp.
  • Oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Salt - Required.

Instructions

How to Make Radish Stew Recipe:

  1. Slice radish into 1-inch size and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice onions and green chilies.
  3. Soak tamarind and extract juice.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, green chilli and curry leaves.
  5. Add radish to the above and cook.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, tamarind juice.
  7. Once you get thick gravy garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve Radish Stew Recipe hot.
