Ingredients
Ingredients for Carrot Coconut Juice:
  • Carrots – 4 no.
  • Coconut grated – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger – a small piece
  • Water – 2 glasses

How to Make Carrot Coconut Juice Recipe:
  1. Clean the outer layer of the carrot with water and peel gently. You can just rub the outer layer with the sharp knife.
  2. Add Coconut, carrots, ginger, and sugar to the mixer and make the smooth paste.
Tip: Sugar is optional if you are not a diabetic patient adding sugar enhances its flavor.
  1. Add water to dilute the concentration.
  2. Carrot Coconut Juice is ready, serve chilled by adding ice cubes or refrigerate.

Ingredients:
  1. Carrot - 1 no.
  2. Coconut water - 1 cup
  3. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
How to Make Carrot Coconut Juice Recipe:
  1. Clean carrot and slice into small pieces.
  2. Add sliced pieces, coconut water and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. Blend for 5-10 minutes until you get the smooth extract.
  4. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with the lemon slice to the edge of the glass.
