Take the boneless chicken and cut it into 1-inch size pieces. Add to mixing bowl.

Sprinkle ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, a little salt and black pepper powder.

Continue adding maida, soya sauce, vinegar, Ajinomoto and one egg.

Mix all ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour at room temperature.

In a deep Kadai heat oil to deep fry, once oil is ready, put marinated chicken and deep fry till they turn a golden brown colour. Remove from oil and keep aside.

Heat little oil in a pan and put minced chillies, garlic and onions. Mix.

Add capsicum, spring onions, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and green chilli sauce.

Put vinegar and soya sauce. Sprinkle little tasting salt and cook for a while.

To give silky texture mix 1 tbsp. corn flour with little water and put this concentration and bring it to boil.

Put chicken pieces and mix till all spices are coated well and cook for a while till it becomes dry.
