Vegetable milk soup is a simple healthy soup recipe which can be prepared within minutes.
How to Make Vegetable Milk Soup:

Peel potatoes and onions. Cut them into four pieces

Boil potatoes and onions pouring required water.
Tip: We can boil veggies in the pressure cooker and it takes 3-4 minutes to boil.

Let the mix get cooled and then crush veggies.
Tip: You can crush with a crusher or else you can blend potatoes and carrots (not mentioned, if added any) coarsely.

Add milk, pepper powder and little salt.

Mix and boil again for about 10 minutes.

Vegetable milk soup is ready. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
Tip: If you don't want clear soup, you can add mash potatoes and onions.
Tip: We can refrigerate veg soup recipe for 3 days but you need to reheat and use it. During freezing this may thicken, you can add vegetable broth or little water as per your consistency and use it.
