Soak dal, rice and little methi seeds for 4 hours.

Heat a non-stick pan and drop a spoon full batter and spread the batter to form a thin layer.

Maintain heat at medium hot and spread little oil to make Masala Dosa crispy.

Before the layer turns crisp put a small quantity of masala and spread uniquely.

Flip the layer to form triangle shape or circular cone shape and serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
