Ingredients
Ingredients for Liver Masala Recipe:
  • Liver - 250 grams you can choose chicken or mutton variant
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 ¼ tbsp.
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp.
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp.
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tbsp.
  • Cumin seed jeera- 1/4 tbsp.
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp.
  • Onions big - 2 nos.
  • Oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1/2 tbsp. as per your taste
  • Cloves- 4-5 nos.
  • Green cardamom - 2 no.
  • Daalchini cinnamon stick - 2-inch thin strip
  • Green chillies - 3 nos.
  • Lemon - 1 no. optional
Instructions
How to Make Liver Masala Recipe:
  1. Clean liver and put in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and 1 tbsp. oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients so that spices get coated to pieces, keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom and cinnamon stick.
  4. Saute all ingredients for a while and add sliced onions and green chillies.
  5. Let onions fry on low heat till they turn a golden brown color.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and liver pieces cook for 5-10 minutes so that the liver is cooked well.
  7. Garnish Liver Masala Recipe with coriander leaves and sliced lemon pieces.
