Clean liver and put in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and 1 tbsp. oil.

Mix all ingredients so that spices get coated to pieces, keep aside for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom and cinnamon stick.

Saute all ingredients for a while and add sliced onions and green chillies.

Let onions fry on low heat till they turn a golden brown color.

Add ginger garlic paste and liver pieces cook for 5-10 minutes so that the liver is cooked well.
