Ingredients
  • Chicken breast skinless, boneless - 250 grams
  • Egg beat - 1/2 cup.
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tbsp.
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp.
  • Rice Flour – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp. fresh recommended
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp.
  • Buttermilk - 1 cup
  • onions - 1 tbsp. optional
  • Orange food color – ¼ tbsp.
  • Water - 100 ml.
  • Lemon Pieces – 1 no.
  • Coriander leaves for dressing
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
How to Make Chicken 65 Recipe Restaurant Style:
  1. In a small bowl, add chicken pieces, egg beat, soya sauce, pepper powder, rice flour, corn flour, red chilly powder, oil, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  2. Mix all ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, once oil reaches optimum hot deep fry chicken pieces till they turn a golden brown color.
  4. In a separate saucepan add oil and saute ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add yogurt, onions and saute on low heat for a few seconds and dilute it by adding required amount of water.
Tip: If you need you can add red color in yogurt or else you can skip adding color.
  1. Add chicken pieces and cook for a while so that yogurt is coated well.
  2. Serve Chicken 65 Recipe with sliced onions and lemon pieces.
