Almonds/ Badam – 20 No.

Water – Required qty.

Milk – 2 bowls

Sugar – 3 tbsp.

Saffron – few strands

Soak badam overnight by adding adequate water.

Next day morning, remove skin and put them in a mixer grinder and blend to paste.

Add little water to get a soft paste and keep aside.

In a pan boil milk, add sugar and mix well.

Pour almond paste and boil further to get a thick consistency.

Add a few strands of Kesar to make Kesar badam milkshake.

If you do not have kesar, you can add cardamom powder.

Boil for 2 minutes so that milk turns its colour.

Serve Badam Milk Shake either hot or cold garnished with saffron strands.
