Ingredients
  • Almonds/ Badam – 20 No.
  • Water – Required qty.
  • Milk – 2 bowls
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Saffron – few strands
Instructions
  1. Soak badam overnight by adding adequate water.
  2. Next day morning, remove skin and put them in a mixer grinder and blend to paste.
  3. Add little water to get a soft paste and keep aside.
  4. In a pan boil milk, add sugar and mix well.
  5. Pour almond paste and boil further to get a thick consistency.
  6. Add a few strands of Kesar to make Kesar badam milkshake.
  7. If you do not have kesar, you can add cardamom powder.
  8. Boil for 2 minutes so that milk turns its colour.
  9. Serve Badam Milk Shake either hot or cold garnished with saffron strands.
