Choose the size of chicken leg joints we can use this process for the whole leg joint or just part of it.

Clean and make an incision over leg pieces so that we can apply spice mix. Put in a bowl.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder, black pepper powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, curd and lemon juice.

Mix all spices. We can mix all spices separately and coat leg pieces. Coat and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat oil in a pan and bring it to the optimum temperature to fry.

To give a soft texture we coat chicken with egg mix. So break egg and whip to get soft froth.

Add this egg mixture over chicken and sprinkle rice flour, maida and cornflour.

Mix well to get a thick paste of coat and gently put leg pieces in oil to deep fry.

Fry over low to medium temperature so that chicken cooks from inside.

Flip to the other side and cook further till we get a golden texture.

Drain excess oil and transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with onion slices.
