Sieve flour and add crushed thymol seeds, salt, and red chili powder

Note: You may add coriander powder at this point, which is optional.

Add 3 tbsp. Oil and add adequate water and make a soft and pliable dough.

Divide dough into, a small lump of balls and keep aside.

Roll each dough ball into, cylindrical shape and keep aside.

On another side, heat oil in a kadai and drop a small lump of dough and check the heat of the oil.

Once the oil reaches optimum hot, add poori and deep fry.

Using slotted turner, press puri and sprinkle little oil over it so that it puffs like a ball.

Once it turns golden brown color, Remove extra oil and Serve hot.
