Ingredients
  • Fenugreek leaves – 2 bunches approx. 500 gms.
  • Green peas – ¾ cup
  • Corn seeds – ½ cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Onion – 1 no. big size
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Aam chur Mango powder – 1 tbsp.
  • Green Chillies – 2 no. sliced
  • Cashew paste – ½ cup
  • Fresh cream – ½ cup
  • Salt – as per your taste
Instructions
How to Make Methi Mutter Malai Recipe:
  1. Clean fenugreek leaves under the tap.
  2. Add little salt in a bowl and soak leaves for minimum half an hour. Remove the water.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, add oil, onion pieces, ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes without the lid on high temperature.
  4. Add fenugreek leaves and mix well, cook for 5 minutes without the lid on high temperature.
  5. Add aam chur (mango powder), green chilies, green peas and corn seeds. Mix and cook for 2 minutes without the lid on high temperature.
  6. Add cashew paste, fresh cream and salt. Mix and cook for 5 minutes by placing a lid over the bowl at high temperature.
  7. Serve Methi Mutter Malai Recipe hot.
