In a pan, dry roast cinnamon sticks, dry coconut pieces, cloves, groundnuts, green cardamom and cashew.

Once one feels the aroma of spices, transfer to another plate and let them cool.

In a pan add 3 tbsp. oil to roast boiled eggs. To spice up eggs, sprinkle eggs, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Put all roasted spices in a mixer grinder and make a coarse powder. Add little water to make a soft paste.
