Ingredients
  • Gram flour Besan flour – 1 cup.
  • Onion finely chopped – 1 no.
  • Green chilies finely chopped – 2 no.
  • Milk – 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Turmeric powder – A pinch
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped – 2 tbsp.
  • Curry leaves chopped – 1 tbsp.
  • Oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – As per your taste
Instructions
How to Make Vegetarian Omelette:
  1. Take a bowl and mix gram flour, salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Add milk and appropriate levels of water and mix well without the formation of lumps.
  3. Let the consistency of the mix is slightly thinner than dosa batter.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  5. Beat well using a whisk until you find good froth.
  6. Heat oil in a dosa pan and pour the above mix and spread it gently.
  7. Cook the Vegetarian omelette recipe on low flame.
  8. Add a few drops of oil on the edges so that it can be turned easily.
  9. Turn on the other side and cook for a while.
  10. Transfer to the serving plate and serve hot.
