Ingredients
  • Green Grapes – 1 bowl
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Salt – A pinch
  • Pepper – A pinch
  • Ice cubes – 8 No.
  • Coldwater – 100 ml. optional
  • Lemon extract – 1 tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Wash and clean green grapes, transfer to juicer mixer.
  2. Adjust sugar quantity based on the number of grapes and sourness, add pepper, salt and ice cubes.
  3. Blend to a soft paste, check the consistency and add adequate water.
  4. Place skillet over a vessel and pour juice to distil the pulp.
  5. Now transfer juice in a glass and add little lemon extract (if you like to have a bit sour).
  6. Serve Green Grape Juice chilled and fresh.
