Cut fish into medium size and clean them with turmeric and salt. Transfer to another bowl.

Add little turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt.

Coat this mixture to fish pieces and keep aside to marinate.

Let us prepare gravy, add onions, tomatoes and green chillies in a mixer grinder and make a soft paste.

Dry roast coriander seeds, green cardamoms, black pepper, dry coconut and cloves.

Once we smell the aroma, transfer to a plate and let them cool.

Meanwhile, add little oil in a pan and fry fish till we get mild colour. Transfer to another plate.

Once spices are cooled, grind them to soft powder, keep aside.

Add little more oil in excess to oil remains in a pan. Add tomato-onion puree, little turmeric powder and salt as per your taste.

Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and lower the flame and mix well. Cook for a minute.

Put coconut spice powder and mix. Add fish and cover the pan with a lid and cook further for a minute.

Add little water and cook for a minute and garnish Fish masala curry with coriander and mint leaves.
