Ingredients
  • Papaya – 1 bowl
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Milk – 1 bowl
  • Ice cubes – 9 No.
Instructions
  1. Peel and discard the skin of papaya and slice them into two halves and remove seeds.
  2. Cut into small pieces and put them in a Juicer grinder and add sugar, ice cubes and milk.
  3. Blend for a minute till you get a thick paste.
  4. If you want a refreshing flavor we can add few drops of lemon extract or simply add the required quantity of water to get a perfect consistency.
  5. Serve Papaya Juice recipe chilled and it tastes great when consumed fresh.
