Ingredients
  • Mango pulp – 1 bowl 3 No.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Ice cubes – 8 No.
  • Full Cream Milk – 1 bowl
Instructions
  1. Before slicing, mangoes put them in water at room temperature so that by drinking this recipe our body doesn’t have a temperature rise.
  2. Choose low fiber, ripe mangoes and slice them into small pieces and put them in a mixer jar.
  3. Based on the sweetness of the fruit adjust sugar levels and add ice cubes to it.
  4. Blend for a while till you get a thick and smooth consistency.
  5. Based on the consistency you need, add milk and blend for a while till you get the required consistency.
  6. Pour Mango Milkshake in a glass and serve fresh.
