In a mixing bowl add curd and ghee. Whisk both of them.

Add sugar to a mixer grinder and make soft powder.

Put sugar powder and suji rava in the above mix and whisk both of them.

Mix little butterscotch essence or vanilla essence with milk and put it in the above mixture and mix well.

Marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.

Put tutti frutti, almond slices and baking powder. Mix and keep aside.

Prepare a baking vessel by putting sand in a large vessel and preheat for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, grease the cake pan with ghee or butter and sprinkle a little maida powder to make it nonsticky.

To give eye catchy look and feel once the cake is baked, spread a few tutti frutti and almonds at the bottom of the cake pan.

Pour cake batter in pan and gently tap to remove air bubbles.

Gently place this pan in the preheated vessel without touching its walls.

Bake for 30-40 minutes till it perfectly cooks and releases a nice aroma.

Open the lid and check the status of the cake by piercing with a knife or toothpick.

If it sticks it needs to be baked for 5-10 minutes or else it’s perfectly baked.

Off the flame and let it cool, if you feel the cake got stuck to the walls then separate it with the help of a knife.

Flip the cake and serve suji tutti frutti cake without egg without a microwave.
