Put little oil in a pan and fry cinnamon sticks, green cardamoms, cumin seeds, cloves and onions.

Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a while till its raw flavour is cooked.

Put tomatoes and broad beans. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Mix all ingredients and close the lid and cook for a minute till tomatoes turn soft.

Add a glass full of water and cook for 15 minutes till seeds are cooked and we get a thick gravy.

Sprinkle coriander powder and garnish with coriander leaves.

Broad Bean Seeds Masala tastes great with steamed rice or with chapati. Serve hot.
