Ingredients
  • Apple – 1 bowl 2-3 No. Medium sized
  • Banana – 2 No. Large size
  • Cashew – 20 No.
  • Almonds – 12 No.
  • Sugar – 5-6 tbsp.
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp.
  • Milk – 1 Glass
Instructions
  1. Combine apple slices, banana chunks, cashews, and soaked almonds in a food processor.
  2. Sweeten with sugar and flavour with cardamom powder.
  3. Grind for a few seconds, then pour in a glass of milk.
  4. Rotate to get a smooth apple banana milkshake combination. Serve immediately.
