Carrot – 2 No.
sliced into small pieces

Orange – 3 No.
peeled and de-seeded

Sugar – 2 tbsp.

Ice cubes – 12 No.

Water – 2 glasses

Slice the orange into pieces and remove its skin and de-seed them, keep aside.

Clean carrot with water and remove the thin layer of skin, slice into small pieces and keep aside.

Put Carrot, orange, sugar and ice cubes into juicer mixer and blend them.

Once you find soft carrot paste then add 2 glass or required quantity of chilled water.

Adding water will dilute concentration and becomes easy to filter the juice.

Blend again for a minute and filter using juice strainer and remove pulp.

Serve Orange Carrot Juice in a glass and serve fresh.
