Ingredients

  • Carrot – 2 No. sliced into small pieces
  • Orange – 3 No. peeled and de-seeded
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Ice cubes – 12 No.
  • Water – 2 glasses

Instructions

  1. Slice the orange into pieces and remove its skin and de-seed them, keep aside.
  2. Clean carrot with water and remove the thin layer of skin, slice into small pieces and keep aside.
  3. Put Carrot, orange, sugar and ice cubes into juicer mixer and blend them.
  4. Once you find soft carrot paste then add 2 glass or required quantity of chilled water.
  5. Adding water will dilute concentration and becomes easy to filter the juice.
  6. Blend again for a minute and filter using juice strainer and remove pulp.
  7. Serve Orange Carrot Juice in a glass and serve fresh.

How to make Orange Carrot Juice Recipe:

  • Peel and remove the skin of an orange. Open the layer and slit into pieces to remove its seeds.

Note: By cutting into pieces, it becomes easy to remove its peel.

  • Similarly either remove the skin of the carrot with a peeler or rub the skin gently with a sharp knife.
  • Cut carrot into pieces and transfer them into juicer grinder.

  • Add de-seeded orange pieces and sugar based on the sweetness of orange. If needed you may add or decrease sugar.

  • Put ice cubes in a grinder. Usually, ice cubes are used only to chill and to dilute the mix.

  • Blend all ingredients for a minute or two so that the carrot is ground well.

  • Add 2 glass water and blend further to dilute juice.

  • Place juice strainer over a vessel and pour the juice through it.

  • Using the spatula rotate the pulp so that juice comes down through the filter.

  • Press and extract juice so that you get the hard pulp.

  • Pour Orange Carrot Juice in a glass and serve chilled and fresh.
