Clean fish eggs in water without disturbing its membrane.

Slice onions and coriander leaves, keep aside.

In a pan, heat oil and fry cumin seeds, garlic cloves and onions by adding little salt.

Sprinkle little turmeric powder to eliminate the raw smell, curry leaves and salt. (as per your taste)

Add fish eggs and Sauté gently on a low temperature so that they are fry evenly.

Note: If we do not stir or cook on high flame, eggs get a burn or stick to the bottom of the vessel.

As per your taste add red chili powder and masala powder (homemade is preferred).

At the end of the recipe, add sliced coriander leaves, mix well.

Fish Egg Bhurji can be used as a snack in the evenings or can be taken with chapatti.
