Cut chicken pieces into thin and long pieces i.e., 2-3 inches long with a centimeter width.

Clean pieces and put them in a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, maida flour, corn flour, pepper powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, curd and egg.

Mix all ingredients and keep aside with a closed lid to marinate for 2-3 hours (overnight recommended for soft texture)

Heat oil in a pan with medium to high flame, if oil is at a low temperature there is a chance of excess oil absorption.

Deep fry marinated pieces till they turn a golden brown color. Drain excess oil and transfer to another plate.

In another pan add little oil and put minced ginger, garlic and green chilies, Schezwan sauce and fresh cream.

Mix all ingredients and cook for a second so that we get a thick sauce.

Add fried pieces and mix well so that sauce gets coated with chicken pieces.

Sprinkle a little garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Mix well and serve the chicken majestic recipe hot accompanied by fried rice or noodles.
