In a mixing dish, combine 1 tbsp salt, little coriander powder, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, little garam masala powder, ¼ tbsp turmeric powder, ½ tbsp black pepper powder and chat masala powder.
-
Combine ginger garlic paste, minced green chilies, coriander leaves, curd, food colour, tomato sauce, little oil and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
-
Combine all of the ingredients.
-
Place chicken joints which are Slit evenly so that the spice mixture may coat them properly; set away for 30 minutes to an hour to marinade.
-
Heat the oil for shallow frying and combine the chicken pieces again so that the coating is evenly distributed.
-
When the oil is hot enough to fry, place the joint pieces in it. Spread the remaining spice mixture on top as well.
-
Cook on low heat. For every 3-5 minutes, rotate the pieces to the other side until cooked and gravy thickens.
-
Remove from the heat and serve the chicken joint fry recipe topped with onions and coriander leaves.
