Heat oil in the pan, cumin seeds, garlic pieces and mustard seeds.

Add onions, green chilies and sprouted fresh beans.

Add ¼ tbsp. Salt and sauté till onions turn its color to light golden brown.

Sprinkle ¼ tbsp. Turmeric powder and mix well.

Add 1 tbsp. salt to rice and loose rice with hands.

Put this rice to onion mix and mix well.

Add lemon extract before removing from heat.

Mix well and serve hot by garnishing with coriander leaves.
