Gently clean fish eggs so that membrane does not come out while washing them.

Put them in a mixing bowl and add small quantities of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala powder, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, besan flour and rice flour.

Mix all ingredients and heat oil in a pan to make a fish vada recipe.

Gently put vada batter in small quantities to form a round shape and deep fry.

Flip and deep fry till they turn golden brown colour and remove from oil.

Transfer vada on a plate and keep aside to put them in kofta masala.

In a mixer grinder put onions and tomatoes separately and make a soft paste of them.

Heat little oil on a pan and add jeera, onion paste. Mix and cook till it turns colour.

Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and cook for a while till tomatoes turn soft and oil oozes out.

Sprinkle small quantities of coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and 2 glass full water.

Mix all ingredients and bring this mix to boil with lid covered.

Add fish egg vada and green chillies. Cook for 5 minutes so that vada absorbs the flavours of spices and we get a thick gravy.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. Garam masala powder and garnish Fish Egg Kofta recipe with coriander leaves and mix well.
