Clean boneless chicken and cut it into small pieces (if possible cubes).

Let's prepare coating mixture, in a wide plate add corn flour, maida, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, a little salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, and baking powder. Mix all and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and let the temperature reach around 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, take out the marinated chicken and put them in the above spice powder, and coat well.

To remove excess powder put them in a metal ladder to sieve excess powder.
