Ingredients
  • Banana – 2 No. ripe bananas tastes great.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Yoghurt/ Curd – 1 cup
  • Ice cubes – 8 No.
Instructions
  1. Always use ripe banana to our recipe, slice banana into small pieces and put them in a blender.
  2. Based on the variant and sweetness of banana adjust sugar levels.
  3. Use fresh and sweet yoghurt to our recipe, add 1 cup to the blender to give smooth and thick texture.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend for a minute.
  5. Usually, Banana Lassi tastes great when it's fresh, so serve it fresh and chilled.
