How to Make Bengal Gram Dal Salad:

Soak the Bengal Gram dal for at least 8 hours. Again wash the dal with fresh water and keep aside

Grind the dal oddly
Tip: It’s better to grind with a hand putting in a stone grinder, make sure it’s not totally smashed

Mix thoroughly ground dal, chopped onions, green chilly, sliced cucumber chopped coconut, salt and lemon juice
Tip: In place of green chilly you can replace with red chilly powder.

Decorate it with coriander leaves and serve before meals.
