Ingredients
  • Eggs – 2 No.
  • Salt – ¼ tbsp.
  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tbsp.
  • Potato chips – 1 packet Lays – Cream & onion flavor
  • Butter – a small piece
  • Carrot grate – 1 tbsp.
  • Capsicum – 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp.
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl break two eggs, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper.
  2. Beat the mixture to get a soft texture.
  3. I have used Cream & onion flavor potato chips, based on your favorite flavor you can choose a different flavor.
  4. Crush chips into small pieces and put 2 tbsp. into the egg mix.
  5. On a pan, either add butter or oil and spread over the pan.
  6. Add egg mixture and top with capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves and few potato chips.
  7. We can even add sweet corn and cheese based on your taste.
  8. Lower the flame and cook for a minute or two till Egg Omelette with potato chips base turns golden brown color.
