In a mixing bowl break 3 No. eggs and put sliced onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and green chillies.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder and garam masala powder.

Beat and mix all ingredients till we get a nice froth texture.

Heat little oil on a pan and pour the egg mixture and spread to form a thin layer.

Cook on low to a medium flame when the masala omelette starts rising check the bottom by gently raising it.

When it turns golden brown flip to the other side and cook for a while.

If needed add little oil on the edges to get a crisp texture and to make it non-sticky.

Masala omelette tastes great when served hot and accompanied with chapati or roti.
