First slice potatoes into small and thin pieces like French fries, keep aside.

Slit green chillies diagonally and keep aside

In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, garlic cloves and curry leaves.

Saute for a while and add green chillies and potatoes.

Mix well and sprinkle turmeric powder and salt.

Cook till potatoes become soft and crisp.

Sprinkle coriander powder and masala red chili powder.

Garnish coriander leaves over potato fry recipe and serve hot.
