Egg Drumstick Curry or Kodi Guddu Mulakkaya Kura is one of the authentic curry recipes of Andhra. I always like to add eggs when we make Mulakkaya Kura.

Egg Drumstick Curry

In South India, people also like to add potatoes and brinjal apart from basic ingredients tomatoes and onions. Sometimes I like to add drumsticks while preparing the chicken curry.

This version is a simple and healthy nutritious recipe that can be made with fewer ingredients. Usually, thick and tender drumsticks taste great while making this recipe.

While making Kodi Guddu Mulakkaya Kura, one should take care of cooking drumsticks as they get split soon. Few people like to cook drumsticks separately and add to the curry and cook for a minute or two and remove from flame.
