Macaroni PastaMacaroni Pasta made from fresh vegetables and butter is really a yummy experience which can be given to your family. Macaroni Pasta Salad Recipe is one of the world famous dishes. With respect to India, Macaroni & Cheese Recipe is considered to be western style of eating; children enjoy eating it as a breakfast.

Ingredients:

Macaroni/ pasta – 200 gms.

Fresh beans – 50 gms.

Grated cheese – 2 tsp.

Fresh green peas – 50 gms.

White pepper – A pinch (for taste)

Fresh butter – 2 tbsp.

Carrots – 4

Oil 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Tomato sauce – Required

 

For white sauce:

 

 

Milk – 150 mille litre

Plain flour – 2 tsp.

Butter – 3 tsp

Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp.

Onion – 1

White pepper – A pinch (for taste)



Prepare Macaroni Pasta:

 

  • Clean and cut green beans in length wise (½ cm).
  • Peel the skin of the carrot and cut in length wise – same as beans
  • Boil water in a vessel and add green beans, green peas and carrot.
  • Cook until they are tender.
  • On other hand boil macaroni by adding little salt and oil.
  • When it is boiled, put it in a skillet and tap with cold water.
  • Heat butter on a non-stick pan and toss boiled vegetables along with macaroni.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and white sauce and mix well.
  • Transfer whole mixture into micro oven bowl and Sprinkle grated cheese and microwave until the cheese melts.
  • Macaroni Pasta is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

 

White Sauce:

 

  • Boil milk on low flame.
  • Heat butter on a pan and add onion pieces, once it changes its colour add flour

 

Note: Make sure you heat on low heat and colour doesn’t change to dark

 

  • Stirring constantly add boiling milk and make sure there is no lump formation.
  • Add nutmeg powder, pepper and salt. Remove from heat.
