Ingredients

Green Pulao Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice – 1 cup
  • Cauliflower cut into small pieces – 250 grams
  • Green peas – 150 grams
  • Thinly sliced potatoes – 200 grams
  • Cinnamon – 2 sticks
  • Cloves – 4
  • Black pepper – 7
  • Bay leaves – 2
  • Green cardamom – 2
  • Thinly sliced onions – 2
  • Thinly sliced green chili – 2
  • Vegetable oil-  4 tbsp.
  • The paste of { green Coriander leaves green chilies, ginger} – about 100 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala Powder – little

Instructions

How to Make Hara Pulao Recipe:

  1. Put some oil on a nonstick pan and fry cinnamon, bay leaves, black pepper and cloves for half a minute on low flame
  2. Add green chilies and sliced onions until they change their color. keep this mixture aside.
  3. To add some extra flavor, add remaining oil and fry all the vegetables for around 5 minutes.
  4. Now add the paste of green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger.
  5. Add fried onions mix along with garam masala and salt. Stir fry for more 5 minutes.
  6. On another hand, wash the rice and cook like normal rice.
  7. Once it’s cooled, add all the above ingredients to the rice.
  8. Garnish Hara Pulao Recipe with coriander leaves and serve hot.
