Mawa BarfiMawa Barfi is one of the simple Indian desserts with fewer ingredients. It is prepared using khoya as the main ingredient which is loaded with calcium and vitamins. One cannot resist just by smelling its aroma, its soft in nature and melts in the mouth by giving you an amazing experience. Learn how to make mava burfi with our easy steps.

Sometimes if I have time to prepare, I make khoya myself. It is nothing but evaporated milk, I mean boil milk to its quarter so that it becomes thick and add sugar to it. You can also prefer condensed milk as an alternate, this gives you a smooth texture. If you need granular texture then you need to go with unsweetened khoya available in the super market.

You can keep it simple by following below process or even give rich touch by adding few almonds and pistachios to garnish. If you need white Khoya Burfi Recipe you can leave it as it is or else you can give a rich touch by adding Kesar or saffron strands.
